2.2 Account Registration

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and funds held may be forfeited. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Allowing third parties to access your account is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

Section 3Account Verification

bat77 may request documents for identity verification at any time. This may include:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Verification that your name matches your mobile banking account.
  • Proof of address document.

Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete. Failure to cooperate with verification may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Section 4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bat77 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are:

  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks)

Once a deposit is confirmed, it is generally credited to your account quickly. Contact the support team to check the status of a transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Please note: Withdrawals are not allowed if the wagering requirement for bonus funds has not been met. Before withdrawing, make sure all wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

bat77 will not be held responsible for any failed transaction caused by incorrect payment information provided by the user. All transactions will be completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Section 5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bat77 offers new members a 200% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be ৳100 or more.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total balance of ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposited funds.

For example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in wagers before withdrawing the bonus (৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000).

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Each bonus may have its own expiry date and conditions — please read the details of the relevant bonus.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
  • Bonuses may only be used by the account holder and cannot be transferred.
  • bat77 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.
  • Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent activity will result in account termination.

Section 6Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on bat77:

  • A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled unless a technical error is proven.
  • If a technical issue occurs in any game or event, bat77 reserves the right to void or review the related bet.
  • Any attempt to win bets through fraudulent means, such as using software or manipulation, is strictly prohibited.
  • Bets in live betting markets are accepted until the odds change.
  • Suspicious betting patterns are monitored and may be reviewed if necessary.

Section 7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bat77:

  • Helping minors create accounts or use the platform.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
  • Running multiple accounts under the same person's name.
  • Artificial transactions for the purpose of obtaining bonus or promotional benefits.
  • Placing bets using automated software or bots.
  • Collusion or conspiratorial play with other members.
  • Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

Consequences: Any of the above violations will result in permanent account closure and funds in the account may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Section 11Service Suspension & Termination

  • Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
  • Account remaining inactive for an extended period.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

Upon account closure, arrangements will be made to return any legitimate funds in the balance, however bonus funds will be forfeited.

Section 12Amendments to Terms
